Sales Administrative Assistant:

Responsibilities:

• Client Issue in relation to sales (this includes rep issue relating to client
• Leads Sales Lead generation entry in CRM: Take all incoming inquiries from all sources: phone call ins / telemarketing events. Follow up with assigned sales reps
• Audit equipment deal paperwork provided by Sales Reps for submission to Admin for invoice processing.
• Successful ITT delivered and installed within 30 days (backorders being the exception)
• Support Sales Managers
• Assist Sales Reps with Accountability Review assistance reporting pulled from CRM
• Assist client request for offboarding (closeout) process buyout lease quotes to Clients leaving

Support Sales & Marketing related events:

· Open House planning and participation

· Support attend marketing events

· Work with marketing for equipment updates

· Monitor Sales LinkedIn profiles

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma

College or technical degree preferred.

Strong communication skills

Strong computer skills; including email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel, work with in a CRM

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

COMPENSATION BASED ON EXPERIENCE Starting $22.00/hour
